These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between KingClub88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the KingClub88 platform accessible at kingclub88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

• "Balance" means the total funds held within an Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company before processing withdrawal requests or as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the KingClub88 website, mobile interface, software, and all services accessible at kingclub88.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Account holder via eligible payment methods, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the Company's operational policies.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed on the Platform using Account funds.

To register for and maintain an active KingClub88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. KingClub88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. Creation of an Account by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Company or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be acting under duress, undue influence, or any legal incapacity that would render this agreement void or voidable.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of KingClub88, nor a close family member of any such individual.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the KingClub88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, a variation of identity, or a third party's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information must remain current at all times. You are responsible for updating your Account details promptly if any information changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account.
• Any activity conducted on the Platform through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified KingClub88 of any unauthorised access.
• You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected breach of Account security.
• KingClub88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. Do not respond to any such requests.

KingClub88 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time and to temporarily suspend Account access pending the outcome of such verification. Failure to cooperate with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent Account closure.

KingClub88 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Malaysian market, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• KingClub88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing times or banking system downtime.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless stated otherwise.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will require documentary proof of identity and address.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• The Company reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending investigation of any suspicious activity or pending compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for standard accounts; VIP Gold members receive priority processing.

KingClub88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which shall form part of and be read alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. A wagering requirement of, for example, x15 means the Bonus Funds must be bet fifteen (15) times in full before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per game round or bet is MYR 250 unless expressly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonus offers will expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as stated in the individual promotion. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account Balance upon withdrawal processing.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses without authorisation constitutes abuse of the promotions system.
• Bonus Abuse: KingClub88 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or reverse any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated betting systems.

All sporting events, casino games, live dealer games, and other wagering products available on the KingClub88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by product-specific rules displayed within each game or market:

• All wagers must be placed prior to the closure of the betting market. KingClub88 reserves the right to void bets placed after market closure due to technical delays.
• The outcome of any game or sporting event as determined by the Platform shall be final and binding, subject to any announced corrections in the event of a manifest error.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a palpable or manifest error in odds, payout rates, or game outcomes (including errors caused by technical malfunction), KingClub88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes without liability for any consequential loss.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games as displayed at the time of wagering. These limits may vary by account status, market type, and product.
• KingClub88's decisions regarding disputed game outcomes, payout calculations, or market settlements are final and not subject to external arbitration unless expressly stated.
• KingClub88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or sporting event on the Platform. Content may be withdrawn, suspended, or delayed at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KingClub88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, whether under the same name, a pseudonym, or using a third party's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated activity designed to exploit the Platform's pricing or promotional systems;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Company;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to our support team; failure to do so will be treated as intentional fraud;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with any part of the Platform's underlying code, infrastructure, or data;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward KingClub88 staff or other users through any channel.

KingClub88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring Account closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant Account policy applies).

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have remained inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administrative fee of RM 30 per month. The Company will endeavour to notify you prior to applying any dormancy fee. The fee will be deducted from any remaining Account Balance. Where the Balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.

KingClub88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set, reduced, or increased (subject to a mandatory waiting period for increases) via Account settings;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount a player may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits and Reality Check notifications;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform upon request, effective immediately upon confirmation;
• Account Activity Review: Access to full transaction and game history to assist with self-monitoring.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the KingClub88 name, logo, or branding in any manner without express prior written consent from the Company.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingClub88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Interruption of service, Platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Actions taken by KingClub88 in compliance with these Terms or applicable law, including Account suspension or closure.

KingClub88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Your privacy is of paramount importance to KingClub88. The collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the KingClub88 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In summary:

• Personal data collected is used for Account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement;
• We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes;

• You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, subject to legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

KingClub88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, changes in operational practice, legal developments, or platform improvements.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, KingClub88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, or immediately upon publication where no specific date is given.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated.

In the event of any dispute between you and KingClub88 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You should contact our support team in the first instance at the contact details provided in Section 16.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of first notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against KingClub88.
